Blount Osborne Walsh has sold a factory- warehouse building at 21 Holloway Drive in Melbourne’s suburb of Bayswater at auction for $670,000.
Selling agent Matt Walsh said that the property was well sought by local owner occupiers before the successful bid from a nearby manufacturer.
Holloway Drive, which runs between Scoresby and Dorset Roads, is Bayswater’s commercial and industrial heartland and the building adjoins parkland, has a land area of 1,319 sqm behind a 20 metre street frontage with container height roller door access to the factory or warehouse area which has a building area of 800 square metres.
Walsh added that the foreground space to the office and factory area offers on site parking for up to nine vehicles which is an important bonus with an industrial property.
