MacarthurCook has settled on the purchase of the Frenchs Forest Building.
MacarthurCook bought the building the two level office and warehouse complex from Life Therapeutics in July this year.
The group paid $9.25 million for the property located in the northern Sydney industrial precinct of Frenchs Forest.
