APN/UKA European Retail Trust has successfully completed an institutional placement of 65.1 million to partly fund the acquisition of interests in shopping centres in Romania, Poland and Austria valued at €166 million ($A279.4 million).
The placement has resulted in the trust raising $A72.9 million at a price of $A1.12 per AEZ unit.
