Rubicon Europe Trust Group has settled on the €90.4 million ($A150.7 million) purchase of the Nike headquarters in Hilversum, the Netherlands.
The property is valued at €98.9 million ($A164.8 million).
Following the settlement, REU now has six properties in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands covering approximately 178,100 sqm – valued at €583.1 million ($A971.8 million).
