Pentacle Property Funds Management has signed a partnership with Atom Financial Services to distribute Pentacle funds to the financial planning community.
Pentacle’s chief executive James Burkitt since the launch of the Pentacle Property Funds, the group have received strong interest from financial advisors for Australia’s first diversified unlisted direct property fund of funds – the Pentacle Diversified Property Funds.
“This is reflective of growing investor demand for direct property investments which offer returns with significantly lower volatility than other major asset classes in a diversified portfolio.
“This development encouraged us to form a strategic alliance with Bruce Pellow, who brings with him years of experience in the distribution of managed funds to the financial planning community. We look forward to growing our investor base, increasing awareness and acceptance through this partnership,” he added.
Bruce Pellow, director Atom Financial Services added that Pentacle Diversified Property Funds fulfill a niche in an investors’ property portfolio by providing access to quality direct property.
“What particularly appeals to financial advisors is that the Pentacle direct property funds offer liquidity, making them attractive especially to investors looking for redemption features.
“In addition, Pentacle is a property fund of funds vehicle which allows investors exposure to leading sector specialist property managers, including Centro, Investa, Lend Lease, Macquarie Goodman, Stockland and Macquarie, which they might not be able to access otherwise, due to capacity restraints,” Pellow said.
