Prestige property specialist GQ Property of Mooloolaba plans to market its luxury property portfolio to the professional expatriate workforce on tax-free salaries in Dubai.
GQ Property sales director Simon Guilfoyle said he had accepted an opportunity to provide consulting services over the next six months to Luxury City Real Estate Development Co, a rapidly expanding property development business owned by an Australian colleague in Dubai.
“This is a strategic partnership that will be an opportunity for our clients to tap into the enormous wealth creation being experienced by expatiate executives working in Dubai, Guilfoyle said.
“A number of benefits will flow from this initiative including the opportunity to cement relationships with the growing number of Australian expatriates who work in Dubai, and who are seeking prestige property ownership opportunities,” he added.
Guilfoyle said that Arab nationals were also increasingly receptive to prestige property acquisitions in Queensland waterfront locations.
“Dubai’s population are western expatriates, and many of these are Australians in senior positions seeking to secure their future with sound investments,” Guilfoyle said. “GQ Property had achieved more than $50 million in sales during the past 16 months, including some to overseas-based Australians,”
“I believe there is an untapped market in Dubai that offers considerable expansion in market reach for GQ Property clients,” he concluded.
