MFS has completed the sale of the Australian Alpine Enterprises business to MFS Living and Leisure Group.
MFS had exchanged contracts for the sale of AAE with the MFS Living and Leisure Group on March 20, 2006, for $110 million.
AAE comprises the Mt Hotham and Falls Creek ski resorts and related businesses in Victoria.
