Financial services firm WalterTurnbull is offering local investors an opportunity to invest in Canberra’s commercial real estate through its PrimeSpace Property Investment.
PrimeSpace is nearing completion of its first major project, Gungahlin Square, a 101 residential apartments and 40 commercial tenancies project.
PrimeSpace chief executive Anthony McDonald said the aim to create opportunities for local investors to own investment grade property in the Canberra and region markets.
“Not everyone can afford to buy a commercial property outright. Being one of the strongest performing asset classes, astute investors are always looking for exposure to commercial property. Our aim is to satisfy that demand without investors having to take the risk or make the commitment of owning their own property outright,” he added.
