Deal Corporation has sold more than 75% of its apartments at the $80 million Era Apartment complex.
Era Apartment was designed by Plus Architecture, a collaboration of award-winning SJB and Fender Katsalidis architecture practices, the building will offer a long list of features including ample car parking, showroom offices on the lower three floors and a central garden of around 1000 sqm.
Located at Dover Street in Richmond, Melbourne, the 10 storey development will feature 140 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The first stage of Era comprises 15 townhouses, the apartments will be linked to the townhouses via a luxury garden and pool setting in the centre of the site.
The development also includes a gym, lap pool, business centre, media centre, club lounge and barbeque Club Era will be a hub of activity.
It also features a 24 hour supervisor and secure underground car-parking.
“There is a great selection of floors and range of apartment size to suit all circumstances now available,” Deal Corporation’s projects director Michael Cornwell.
“Inner-east Richmond edge is emerging as the new heart of fashionable living and Cremorne is at forefront of the new wave of development,” Deal Corporation Managing Director David Kobritz.
Construction is now underway on the property and is set to be complete in late 2007.
