More than 300 sqm of ground floor commercial space has been released in the $94 million Harbour Tower development on Wharf Street following the completion of the Tweed CBD’s latest development.
The space is the first major commercial offering in the heart of the CBD since the New South Wales Government outlined its major overhaul and master plan for the precinct.
Colliers International’s Graham Mailander is undertaking the sales campaign on behalf of the joint venture partners.
The vendors are seeking $1.5 million exclusive of GST.
“This commercial offering will form the heart of a new commercial precinct that will complement the existing resort facilities of Harbour Tower and Twin Towns Quality resort and the Twin Towns Services Club directly across the road,” he added.
The facility offers over 50 metres of street frontage onto Wharf Street – the primary link between Tweed Heads and Coolangatta and offers 14 carpark spaces.
