LandMark White has appointed expanded its valuation and research business with new appointments in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
In NSW, Michael Covey has been appointed in the role of associate director, having over twenty years experience in providing valuation and consultancy advice.
Covey is a consultant to a number of Government departments and carries out retail valuations for Rail Corporation NSW, Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW and Sydney Ferries.
Greg Kenna has also joined the Sydney office as a valuer in the residential team.
Kenna has extensive commercial and residential development experience from his previous role at John Virtue Valuers.
In QLD, Ben Davies has recently been appointed as senior research analyst, based in their Brisbane office.
Ben was previously working as a private consultant and as a property investment analyst for QIC Real Estate’s development division.
Carl Taylor has also joined the Brisbane Team as a valuer in the commercial and retail division.
In Victroai, the appointment of Amanda Norman as valuer has grown LandMark Whites Melbourne commercial and industrial valuations division.
Norman has 10 years experience in valuations, working in various market sectors at firms including Fitzroys Pty Ltd and Landlink Property Group.
