Construction and consulting firm VDM Group has raised $12 million through a share placement.
Eight million shares were issued to institutional investors and sophisticated investors at $1.50 per share.
VDM Group’s company secretary Peter Simpson said the company is currently undertaking due diligence investigations on a number of prospective acquisitions which may involve the issue of company shares as part consideration.
