The board of Village Life has undergone restructuring.
Three members of the board including Rex Freudenberg, who has been a Director since 1998; John Krimmer, a founding shareholder of Village Life and Tony Roberts, the other founding shareholder of Village Life will leave the company.
New board members will join Village Life including Michael King, the chief executive of MFS Limited and Craig White, the deputy chief executive of MFS Limited.
The MFS Diversified Group also has a 19.9% stake in Village Life.
