Villa World has bought the remaining land at Stockland’s Pebble Beach project at Sandstone Point near Bribie Island.
The deal includes 97 lots to be released in three stages with the first stage comprising 22 homes, which will be ready at the end of June this year.
The project is valued at approximately $31 million.
Villa World’s chief executive Brent Hailey said the transaction follows on from similar arrangements with Stockland on the Ridgewood Estate at Parkinson in Brisbane and the Jacobs Ridge estate at Ormeau on the Gold Coast.
“Our arrangement sees Stockland supplying developed land on which Villa World builds homes for sale to the general public,” he added.
