The founding chief of Macquarie ProLogis Management Limited, James Hodgkinson has resigned as alternate director.
MPML is the manager of Macquarie ProLogis Trust and Macquarie ProLogis Income Trust.
Hodgkinson has resigned as a result of increased responsibilities within Macquarie’s Banking and Property Group.
He was the founding chief executive officer of MPML and held that role from MPR’s listing in June 2002 until August 2005.
MPML’s company secretary John Wright said Mark Baillie will replace Hodgkinson as alternate director.
