Urban Pacific’s residential development, Kensington Banks in Melbourne, has won the major international real estate award, the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award.
Kensington Banks is a 38 hectare development and 11 year urban renewal project that was completed in 2004.
The masterplanned community is now home to over 900 families and a range of small businesses. It was developed in conjunction with the Victorian government agency, Major Projects Victoria.
“Recognition of this type makes Urban Pacific, the developer of the world’s best address,” Urban Pacific’s chief executive Steven Papadopoulos said.
