Qantas chief Geoff Dixon has resigned as a director of construction group Leighton Holdings.
Dixon served as an Independent Non-executive Director of Leighton’s since August 1999.
Leighton’s will seek to appoint another Independent Non-executive Director to replace Dixon.
Leighton’s thanked Dixon for his valuable contribution to the growth and prosperity of the Company over the last 7 years.
