Brisbane developer Pradella has commenced construction on its $60 million Tempo residential project in West End.
The 80-apartment/19-terrace home project is being developed on a 5,909 sqm site adjacent to the Brisbane River in the centre of West End’s urban renewal precinct.
So far, Tempo has sold $16 million in apartments since its launch last year and is one of three Pradella projects currently underway in the area, including the recently completed 117-unit project Allegro complex at South Brisbane, and the soon to be released Flow, at West End.
Tempo will be the fifth residential project Pradella has undertaken in the area over the past six years.
Pradella’s managing director Kim Pradella said Tempo had all the ingredients for residents to enjoy a convenient and modern lifestyle, which is a Pradella hallmark. Residents will enjoy living in stylish, well-designed units with full use of the inviting resort-style facilities.
“Once completed Tempo will incorporate an unbeatable combination of contemporary design, quality construction, great value and convenient location. Tempo residents will also be within walking distance to Hardgrave Road, Boundary Road, and Melbourne Street retail areas, with CBD and South Bank also easily accessible,” he added.
Tempo’s seven-level tower will feature a range of one, two and three-bedroom units plus eight flow-through penthouses on the top floor.
There are also 19 two-level terrace-styled units, most offer street frontage ideal for residential or office use.
Pradella’s development manager John Bush said Pradella had gone to a lot of effort to create a spacious inner-city retreat with community facilities including heated lap pool, teppanyaki barbeque area, private reading decks with secluded pockets of green space, boules court area plus a theatre room and gymnasium overlooking the lawns and gardens.
“The result, we believe, will be a great lifestyle investment,” Bush concluded.
