PRDnationwide’s Gold Coast Corporate Office has appointed Chaz Burdett to its commercial sales and leasing teams.
Burdett has worked in the real estate industry for several years and has extensive experience in industrial and commercial real estate throughout the region and Brisbane.
PRDnationwide property services director Leonie Smith Burdett’s role in our commercial division will involve managing, negotiating and selling commercial space throughout the Gold Coast.
“We are experiencing huge demand for retail property for both sales and leasing and that is evident by the considerable interest in space at the Wave at Broadbeach and 25 Tedder Avenue, just to name a few.
“Office and industrial have also been strong sectors and we see that the commercial market will continue to enjoy sustained growth,” Smith concluded.
