The MFS Living and Leisure Group has appointed five new directors to the board ahead of the resignation of three directors.
Yesterday, directors Craig White, Tony Smith and Rolf Krecklenberg have resigned from the board, while existing directors Julanne Shearer and Michael King will remain on the boards.
The appointment of Marshall Vann will take over White’s position as chief executive.
Bruce McComish has been appointed independent non executive director, Peter O’Brien as executive director, Paul Willis as independent non executive director and John Warburton as independent non executive director.
The board reshuffle comes ahead of the MPY undertaking a capital raising to fund the purchase of Australian Alpine Enterprise Holdings Ltd and Oceanis Holdings Limited.
