Abacus Property Group has appointed Tom Hardwick as director of funds management.
A lawyer by training, Hardwick has in recent years worked as a corporate finance director with Patersons Securities and BBY, specialising in raising capital for listed property trusts and income yielding securities.
“Tom has worked closely with Abacus for several years. He has played a key role in all of the listed Group’s equity raisings, and brings with him a wealth of experience in the property and funds management industries. His appointment reflects the continued growth and strength of the Abacus Property Group which has over $1.2 billion of funds under management,” Abacus managing director David Bastian said.
