LandMark White is in the advanced stages of negotiations to buy out JLC Valuers.
JLC Valuers is a valuation practice, primarily providing residential valuations, with 20 professional valuation staff and offices in Melbourne, Parramatta and Adelaide.
This acquisition is a result of LandMark White’s continued planning for expansion and is expected to add value to LandMark White in the short and medium term.
It is expected that negotiations will be completed by the middle of May 2006.
