Aspen has settled on the purchase of the Horseshoe Lagoon in Moama, New South Wales for the Aspen Parks Property Fund.
The purchase brings the total number of properties in the fund to 14 with assets under management of approximately $94 million.
The fund is aiming to have $150 million in assets by July 2009.
