Jones Lang LaSalle Waverley will celebrate its 15th year in Melbourne’s south-east suburban commercial market with a marquee party, complete with jazz band and some of the biggest names in the business on Thursday night.
More than 200 people have been invited, including many of the industry’s leading names.
As founding director of the office, Jones Lang LaSalle Victoria managing director David Bowden says he’s proud that the Waverley office had gone from strength to strength.
“Jones Lang LaSalle was the first major agency to recognize the south-east as a stand alone market when we opened our doors on December 6, 1988, at the peak of the last property boom.
“Since then we have ridden the market cycles and seen our competitors leave the market and then reappear periodically, but none have had the commitment we have offered”.
The office now employs more than 20 people in management, leasing, valuations and sales and has been involved in some of the largest developments in the area including Brandon Office Park, Tally Ho Technology Park and Greenwood Business Park and the development of the Box Hill District Centre among many.
