James Fielding Group has announced James Fielding Property Services Pty Ltd (JFPS) has been awarded a total property outsource contract by the Uniting Church in the City of Perth.
The appointment is for an initial term of three years, commencing on January 1st 2004, with a review after the first 12 months.
The JFPS role will encompass total portfolio management, asset re-positioning, strategy, property management, facility management and maintenance of retail arcades, offices, churches, community halls and community housing.
The General Secretary of the Uniting Church in Australia Synod of Western Australia, Revd Dr John Evans said James Fielding Property Services proposal indicated a strong commitment to the delivery of comprehensive property management services within a strategic partnership with the Uniting Church.
Managing Director of the James Fielding Group Greg Paramor said the group is delighted to be partnering the Uniting Church.
“This is an exciting opportunity for JFG to partner with a major religious, charitable and community service organisation with major holdings in land and building,” Paramor said yesterday.
“We believe that by partnering with these organisations we can deliver improved returns, add value to their assets and provide secure income streams from their property portfolios to fund their religious and community service programs.”
JFPS is part of the James Fielding Group and provides integrated property services to trusts, corporations, not-for-profit and government organisations.
