Knight Frank is offering six prime retail investments at the $450 million Forum development in Sydney's St Leonards.
All with long leases, with annual rent reviews, the sought after retail investments will be auction separately at 2pm on Tuesday November 11 at the Mezzanine Level, 17 O’Connell Street, Sydney.

Planned as a town centre, Forum is a $450 million mixed-use commercial and residential project incorporating the newly completed St Leonards Railway Station.
Forum comprises over 32,000sqm of commercial office space and two residential towers accommodating close to 800 apartments, all centred around a 60 metre by 45 metre rectangle plaza. The plaza is the focal point of the development incorporating retail shops with outdoor seating areas adjacent to the plaza’s rectangle pool and mature date palms. It is estimated that over 30,000 visits are made to the plaza each day via residents, office staff and rail commuters.
Forum provides parking for 1,100 vehicles including a public car park component of up to 200 cars.
