NAB signs up at Citadel

National Australia Bank has signed up for 1,500 sqm in Citadel Towers at 799 Pacific Highway, Chatswood. The NAB has taken advantage of a favourable leasing market, reflected by a rental of $360 sqm for a five-year lease term.

“The deal allows National Australia Bank considerable expansion and consolidation from existing sites whilst regionalising their existing training facilities,” says Paul Lynch, Senior Negotiator with Jones Lang LaSalle’s North Sydney office, who transacted the deal.

“The deal underlies an improving North Shore leasing market.”

Jones Lang LaSalle has leased a further 5,500 sqm of office space in Citadel Towers so far this year.

Other deals recently negotiated on the North Shore include Manugistics at 20 Miller Street, North Sydney, Realtech at 61 Lavender Street, Milsons Point, and NEC at 1-5 Railway Street, Chatswood.
