KPMG's Bernard Salt says it's the biggest thing to happen in North Geelong since the Ford Motor Company first put down its roots there almost 80 years ago. The details are still under wraps, but today millionaire Geelong businessman Frank Costa and the Smorgon family announce a $100 million property redevelopment in the industrial suburb. Costa, a former Geelong Mayor and current president of the Geelong Football Club, is partnering Victor Smorgon and family members in the project.
